Cookie policy

Introduction
BrandVertex Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on brandvertex.one. This policy explains what they are, how we use them, and how you can control them. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function, remember preferences and understand visitor behaviour. We also use local storage for consent preferences.
Consent mechanism
On first visit, a banner offers Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Your choice is stored for six months on your device, then the banner reappears. Essential cookies always run. Analytics and marketing cookies activate only with consent. Contact forms use a separate PDPA checkbox that is never pre-ticked.
Cookie categories
Essential (always active)
- bv_cookie_consent — Stores cookie preference. Duration: 6 months. First-party local storage.
- Session cookies — Secure form functionality. Duration: session.
Analytics (optional)
Help us understand site usage to improve content and navigation. Active only with consent.
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics. Duration: up to 2 years. Provider: Google LLC.
- _gid — Google Analytics session ID. Duration: 24 hours.
Marketing (optional)
Measure effectiveness of our own advertising. Off by default.
- _gcl_au — Google Ads conversion linker. Duration: 90 days.
- utm_* — Campaign attribution in session storage. Duration: session.
Third-party vendors
- Google LLC — Analytics and Ads (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Google Fonts — Font delivery may log IP addresses
Storage durations
- Consent preference: 6 months
- Session cookies: browser session
- Analytics: 24 hours to 2 years
- Marketing attribution: up to 90 days
Opt-out options
Clear site data in your browser to reset preferences and see the banner again. Use browser settings to block cookies. Install Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Email [email protected] for assistance. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing or submitting enquiries.
Updates
We may revise this policy when tools or vendors change. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
Browser-specific controls
Major browsers provide cookie management in settings or preferences menus. Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge each offer options to block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies or browse in private modes that limit storage. Refer to your browser documentation for current instructions.
Do Not Track
Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no uniform industry standard exists. You may still manage cookies through our consent banner and browser settings as described above.
Similar technologies
Local storage and session storage may be used alongside cookies to remember consent preferences and maintain form state during your visit. These technologies store data on your device and can be cleared through browser settings in the same manner as cookies.
Impact of disabling cookies
Disabling essential cookies may prevent certain site features from functioning correctly, though core content remains readable. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect browsing experience. Disabling marketing cookies prevents attribution of visits to our advertising campaigns but does not block access to any page or form.

Similar technologies
In addition to cookies, we may use local storage, session storage and pixel tags for essential functionality and, with consent, analytics. Local storage entries for consent preferences persist for six months unless cleared manually. Pixel tags in marketing emails, if used, help us understand open rates — such emails are sent only to contacts with appropriate consent or existing client relationships.
Mobile devices
Cookie and storage behaviour on mobile browsers may differ from desktop environments. Mobile users can manage preferences through the same consent banner where it displays, or through device settings for Safari, Chrome or other mobile browsers. Clearing app-specific browser data resets stored consent preferences.
Changes to vendors
When we add or replace analytics or advertising vendors, we update this policy and, where required, re-prompt consent through the cookie banner after the six-month storage period expires or when changes materially affect data processing purposes.
