No. BrandVertex provides brand strategy and identity marketing services for our clients' own brands. Case studies and portfolio examples on this website use anonymised composites or permitted client work with appropriate consent. We do not claim official affiliation with, ownership of, or endorsement by multinational brand names unless explicitly stated with documented client permission. The domain brandvertex.one uses the .one brand top-level domain — it is not a life coaching programme, personal transformation service, or a maths/graph-theory "vertex" technology product. "Vertex" in our name refers to the apex of brand clarity that our studio helps clients reach through strategy, visual identity and messaging hierarchy work. We are a Singapore marketing agency — not a counterfeit brand affiliation service.

What is the minimum engagement size?
Our smallest standalone engagement is the brand audit half-day at approximately S$3,200. Programme packages start from S$7,500 for brand strategy workshops. Monthly agency retainer relationships typically begin at S$5,000 per month with a three-month minimum. We provide indicative SGD ranges during initial consultations.
Do you work online, in-person, or both?
Both. Brand strategy workshops and design reviews often happen at our Paragon studio on Orchard Road. Execution, account management and studio reviews are delivered through secure collaboration tools. Clients across ASEAN frequently engage us remotely with periodic in-person sessions in Singapore.
How often do you report on campaign performance?
Where brand launch campaigns include digital marketing delivery, reporting cadence depends on engagement format. Retainer clients receive monthly performance reporting; project-based brand launches include milestone reports. Our performance reporting covers agreed KPIs without guaranteeing specific commercial outcomes.
What SGD pricing bands should we expect?
Indicative ranges: half-day brand audit S$3,200–S$4,800; brand strategy programme S$7,500–S$16,000; full identity system S$18,000–S$40,000; monthly retainer S$5,000–S$13,000. All figures are estimates — itemised quotes follow review of your marketing brief.
What is your refund and scope-change policy?
Deposits for confirmed project starts are non-refundable once work commences. Scope changes are assessed for timeline and fee impact before proceeding. Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
